Direct Hire Food Production Manager - 2nd Shift (Onsite)
Location: Chaseburg, WI
Shift: M-F 2pm - 11pm
Employment Type: Full-time, Salaried

Pay: $60,000 - $85,000

Role Overview:

The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the production, packaging, and sanitation processes at our client's Chaseburg facility. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring production teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Ensuring compliance with safety policies, HACCP, and quality assurance programs.
• Managing production schedules and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Maintaining accurate production and sanitation records.
• Participating in audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 3+ years in Dairy production with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/carry up to 60 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
