*The Expertise We’re Looking For:*

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting *(Required)*

· 1+ years of prior tax preparation & accounting Experience *(Required)*

· Proficiency in tax preparation software and tools *(Required)*

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel *(Required)*

· Prior experience working in financial services Industry *(Preferred)*

· Able to communicate verbally and in writing

· Ability to manage multiple tasks positively and proactively under tight deadlines

· Exceptional levels of attention to detail and accuracy

· High level of problem solving and organizational skills

· Ability to work in a team environment and foster great client and staff relationships

*What You Will Be Responsible For:*

· Prepare federal and state individual and corporate, fiduciary/trust tax returns, including estimates

· Prepare and understand monthly financial statements

· Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws

· Assist clients with tax planning and consulting services

· Be able to research accounting and tax issues

· Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations

· Complete projects in a timely manner with accuracy

· All other duties as assigned

*Pay: *Starting pay$50,000-$60,000 DOE
