Overview:

Join our dynamic marketing team as an Ad Videographer, a role central to our mission of creating high-performing ads. Your role involves not just filming but also a deep understanding of marketing strategies to craft visuals that captivate and convert. We seek a creative, technically skilled individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels in both independent and collaborative settings.

Responsibilities:

Ad Creation & Production:

• Develop and produce compelling ad content tailored to our marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize visual narratives.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

Technical Expertise:

• Operate various video and audio equipment with proficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in videography and editing.

Post-Production & Editing:

• Edit footage to create polished and engaging ads.
• Incorporate graphics, effects, and music to enhance the visual storytelling.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct routine checks on video quality, ensuring all elements meet high standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand ad performance metrics and adjust content accordingly.

Project Management:

• Manage timelines and resources for multiple projects simultaneously.

Team Collaboration:

• Provide creative input in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Communicate effectively with team members about project statuses and creative directions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in videography, particularly in advertising or marketing.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Information:

• Full-time schedule.
• Pay is DOE.
