Title: Administrative Assistant I

Location: Loudonville, NY
Duration: 3-6 months (With possible extension)

Description:

Strong candidates with heavy experience with data entry and invoicing.

Providing Admin and Administrative support to the Albany office.


The candidate will be interfacing with several teams, sales, customers, dealer network and vendors.

  • Answer Phones
  • Handle Mailing
  • Following up invoices and emails
  • Strong Data Entry Skills Desired Skills
  • Strong data entry skills--Proficient in MS Office
  • Detailed oriented person with strong follow up
