What you\'ll need: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of project or product management experience including at least 8 years practical experience in roles within an agile team and within a scaling environment Advanced Agile certification such as Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), ICP-ACC, Professional Scrum Master (PSM) II or other Agile related certifications A passionate advocate for Agile methodologies with experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
