Assembler Position
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent company within the East Peoria area, is seeking Assemblers to join their team!

Assembler Summary:

• Pay: 1st shift: $16 hourly
• 2nd shift: $16 hourly training/ $2.50 shift differential
• Shifts Available:

• 1st shift & 2nd shift 
• 6:30 am – 2:30 pm Monday – Friday (Possible OT)
• 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm Monday - Friday (Possible OT)

Assembler Responsibilities:

• Fasten or install product components to form assemblies or subassemblies, using hand tools, and or power tools
• Position or align components for assembly, manually or using hoists
• Rework, repair or replace damaged parts or assemblies.
• Maintain a clean work environment while using PPE per training as required for the specific tasks being performed
• All other jobs/duties as directed by supervisor or production manager
•  

Assembler Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Production and Processing knowledge or basic hand and power tools and fasteners
• Previous assembler experience required
• Knowledge of blueprint designs and technical specifications
• Ability to lift and move 50 lb. parts or fixtures
