The Position

Employment Type: Full-Time
Your days will be spent in our South Tampa office as part of a team managing our single-family rental properties in the Tampa Bay area. You will get to know our landlords and tenants and will advocate for them internally to ensure we deliver excellent property management services. You will develop a thorough knowledge of each property, landlord, tenant, and community and build and maintain excellent relationships with our clients, vendors, and team members. Over time, you will become the foundation of our customer success and service stories.


Requirements:

  • College degree and/or five years of proven work experience
  • Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Basic understanding of Outlook, Excel, Word, and other personal computer applications
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Helpful but not required: a Florida Real Estate license. Bi-lingual (Spanish)
