Job Description

We are seeking candidates for an Assistant Property Manager to support a large portfolio of affordable housing in Dorchester and Roxbury, MA. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
•Leasing open units.
•Conducting recertification interviews and completing recertification paperwork.
•Collecting and processing rent payments.
•Managing collections and legal notices.
•Updating the waiting lists.
•Providing customer service to our residents and other administrative duties to support the portfolio.

The work hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Your work week will be split between sites in Dorchester and Roxbury.


Skills & Requirements


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate with excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong customer service and communication skills will also be key to success in this role.
•Previous experience with affordable housing programs, including Section 8 and LIHTC, is required.
•Certifications such as the COS and C3P would be a plus.
•A driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
•Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
