Overview:

Feel like your career path to master tech has stalled? We are seeking an experienced "B" Level Service Technician who can complete advanced diagnoses and repair of Toyota vehicles. You may be eligible for up to a $7,500 Sign-On Bonus . We are growing and need additional team players who provide excellent customer service, keep a clean work environment, and follow standard procedures.

• $56,000.00 to $90,000.00 (Flat Rate)
• $7,500.00 Sign-on Bonus Potential (Ask hiring manager for details)
• Bonus is paid out over 10 months and continued employment is required

Responsibilities:

" B" Level Technician :

• Maintain an organized, neat, and safe bay
• Keep constant communication with your Service Advisor
• Immediately report any setbacks to vehicle promise time
• Be a productive member of your team in the service shop
• You must be coachable . (Mentor will be a Master Technician)
• Complete all repairs under the guidance of your mentor
• Enroll in an accelerated training program through Toyota Motor Corp . (At no cost to you)

Qualifications:

• Maintains an organized neat and safe bay
• 3-4 ASE certifications are preferred for this position
• 3-4 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience to succeed in this position
• A high level of motivation and energy and strong customer service skills are also required
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
