Job Description

We are seeking a skilled B2B E-commerce Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing specific customizations to our existing B2B portal site to enhance functionality and improve the user experience. This role requires expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) and Dynamics 365 Commerce.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize B2B e-commerce solutions using Dynamics 365, focusing on enhancing the checkout process and user interface.
• Implement a free text field on the D365 E-Commerce checkout page to input order reference numbers and integrate this field with the D365FO Sales order header (Customer PO).
• Modify the price description on the D365 E-Commerce platform to display 'Contact customer directly' when the price is zero, replacing the default 'Free' label.
• Customize the 'Quick add' feature on the D365 E-Commerce platform to allow all products, regardless of product number length, to be added to the cart.
• Ensure that Product ID/SKU ID is displayed on the following D365 E-Commerce forms:
  • Product Search
  • Shopping Bag Page
  • Checkout Page
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform testing and debugging to ensure the stability and reliability of customizations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for D365 E-Commerce issues related to customizations.
• Document technical specifications, development processes, and user guides for customizations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, with a focus on e-commerce and B2B solutions.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) and Dynamics 365 Commerce.
• Experience with customizing and developing features in Dynamics 365 E-Commerce.
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to Dynamics 365 development (e.g., X++, C#, .NET, JavaScript).
• Solid understanding of integration between D365 E-Commerce and D365FO.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
