We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Marketing Transformation & Operations to lead high-impact projects and operational initiatives for a fast-paced Marketing Transformation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive complex, cross-functional projects that will fuel brand growth, increase traffic, and amplify brand loyalty.

• Project Leadership : Manage multiple large-scale, transformational projects from inception to completion, aligning with organizational goals and delivering measurable results.
• Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with the Marketing Leadership team to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Operational Excellence : Develop and implement project management frameworks, tools, and standards to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.
• Risk Mitigation : Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project timelines to ensure seamless delivery.
• Insightful Reporting : Prepare and present performance updates, scorecards, and other key materials to the Marketing Leadership team.
• Progress Monitoring : Track and report on the status of critical initiatives to ensure alignment with team goals.
• Team Engagement : Assist with creating engaging presentations for team meetings, Town Halls, and strategic discussions.
• Mentorship : Inspire and guide project team members, fostering a growth-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• Experience : Minimum 7 years of project management or relevant business operations experience, with a strong record of managing complex, high-impact projects.
• Strategic Acumen : Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights.
• Exceptional Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging leadership and facilitating critical conversations.
• Adaptability : Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
• Industry Passion : Enthusiasm for beauty, fashion, retail, and culture trends.
