MalaceHR is seeking an experienced Boiler Operator to work at new automotive manufacturing site in Jeffersonville, OH.

Pitman 4 Crew Schedule

$40-46/hour

Requirements:

• Must be licensed with State of Ohio
• Additional certification in one or more of the following: electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions is a plus.
• Education - High school diploma or state equivalent required, minimum of two years related trade schooling or two years of college.

Experience:

• Minimum four years' experience in Boiler House operations trade.

• Special knowledge and skills - Skilled in use of tools and machinery required by the position. Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Personal characteristics - Team player, hard worker, good interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports and have excellent customer service skills.
• Computer Skills- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Facility Management & Building Automation systems and CMMS.
• Physical requirements- Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
