SUMMARY:
The Business Account Manager Lead focuses on increasing business-to-business relationships in all Wireless World communities through their own actions and by working with all stores to grow and maintain business accounts. The Lead provides training to all Business Support roles as products become available. The Lead also mentors and coaches all business account associates.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions): These responsibilities are representative of those for the position and may be performed by each Business Account Manager or assigned to specific employees.
Manage business accounts through quarterly analysis and quarterly visits to existing business partners in all Wireless World locations. Maintain regular communications with and continuously deliver the Wireless World customer experience to existing major business accounts. While the Business Account Manager Lead will manage some accounts individually, the main focus will be on assisting other business team associates. The Lead will also handle escalated issues, as needed.
Develop new business partners by visiting area businesses, providing quotes and information, and recommending solutions for prospective business partners both individually and with Business Account Managers and Business Account Support Leads in their assigned locations. Demonstrate the Wireless World customer experience throughout all outreach and follow up communication.
Investigate, recommend, and introduce new products for Wireless World’s sales product line-up.
Prepare and host business account training in person or virtually for new products and services, business development techniques, routine procedures, and best practices. Provide individual training, mentoring and coaching on same topics.
Maintain membership and participate actively in community organizations or events which will enhance current or potential business relationships.
Meet regularly with Director of Sales Operations keeping supervisor up-to-date on issues, changing markets, needs and other factors.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform other duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our business.
Assist with special projects or related tasks upon request.
QUALIFICATIONS: Associate degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum of 1-year Wireless World Business Account Manager experience required.
Must exhibit strong person-to person communication skills, excellent personal selling skills, and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to coach, mentor and encourage team members in a positive and motivating manner.
Basic computer knowledge and some experience with Google Drive, Excel, Outlook and Word.

Must be able to read, write and interpret technical product materials, Verizon and Wireless World policies and procedures, reports and business correspondence in English.
Must be able to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Must be able to access and utilize proprietary and non-proprietary programs on the computer.
Must be able to manipulate a computer keyboard with accuracy.
