The Sr Manager covering the VVO Comp and Incentives team will lead and manage overall performance management. Your team will be responsible for identifying strategic ways to incentivize employees to drive business objectives. You will have an analytical mindset and leverage a data-driven approach to optimize current tactics and stay on top of the latest performance and trends. You will own and deliver on Performance Acceleration by: Aligning and driving field performance with outlier management and shrinking performance gaps. Focusing on compliance reporting and behaviors to accelerate performance and hold partners accountable to standard performance measures. Leading centralized Coaching which includes the framework design and focused approach into AI Coach. Delivering partner coaching program focused on business outcomes. Target setting. Developing and executing partner and agent compensation model to deliver revenue and loyalty KPI's. Understanding the current state of the business, prospect expectations, marketplace demands, and technology. Converting data into meaningful storyboard presentations. What we're looking for... You believe that solid data should be behind every important decision. You are a numbers person but you also have a strategic mindset. You'll need to have: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant work experience. Even better if you have one or more of the following: An MBA or Advanced degree in statistics and business analytics. Eight or more years of relevant analytical work experience. Strong people leadership, development, and performance management skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in either the G-Suite or Microsoft Office document-related applications.
