About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for its gaming operations functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving cross-functional operations and the revenue engine of the business, ensuring the optimum performance of gaming operations, and delivering continuous improvement programs. The COO will also play a critical role in the design and integration of organization-wide systems and processes to align with and effectively operationalize the company's strategy. The COO must be a collaborative, transparent leader with strong communication skills, and a data-driven, insights-driven mindset. Transformational leadership experience, the ability to anticipate change, and a focus on employee engagement and development are also key attributes for this role. This executive leadership position requires a candidate with a graduate degree and a minimum of 9 years' experience in strategic planning, operations management, or strategic financial planning, with at least 5 years' in a senior management role. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a proven track record of leading the vision, strategy, and roadmap for an organization, particularly in managing product, retailer, and customer relationships to generate revenue. The role demands a leader with experience in developing and managing a senior leadership team and a large, multi-generational workforce.
