Maintain accurate and organized records of all claim activities, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company standards. Participate in initial in-office training in Detroit to master company protocols, software, and best practices for claims adjusting. Stay informed on Michigan insurance regulations, industry trends, and local disaster patterns to enhance claim accuracy and client outcomes. Handle a diverse caseload, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service for both small and high-value residential claims.
