An outpatient primary care clinic located in Kansas City, KS is currently seeking multiple experienced Clinic Licensed Practical Nurses, LPN to join their team full-time!Check out the details below:

Title: Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Outpatient primary care clinic
Departments: Pediatrics and Family Medicine
Location: Kansas City, KS
Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with one evening until 7pm per week
Pay: Competitive hourly pay based on experience plus full benefits

The Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN duties to include but may not be limited to:
-Assists in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a registered nurse and/or medical provider
-Interviews patients, measures vital signs (i.e.: pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height), and accurately records information on patients' charts and records
-Draws blood samples from patients; prepares samples and other specimens for laboratory analysis with appropriate requisitions
-Conducts vision screens, ear irrigations, finger sticks, phlebotomy, hearing screens, asthma nebulizer treatments, or other clinic approved procedures
-Prepares and maintains accurate, updated, and thorough medical records for providers

REQUIREMENTS:
-Active Kansas or compact Licensed Practical Nurse license
-At least one year of nursing experience, outpatient is a plus
-Up to date on vaccinations (covid not required)
-Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
