Responsibilities:
The Clinical Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care as required by the hospital's patients. The Clinical pharmacist performs clinical and educational functions required in drug monitoring with emphasis on appropriateness safety and cost-effective drug therapy. The Clinical pharmacist is actively involved in quality improvement activities of medication use throughout the medical center as assigned. This position also functions as a staff pharmacist up to 50% of the time as assigned. He or she applies Dignity Health Core Values to the performance of every job duty. Qualifications:
1 year's experience with demonstrated competency in area of specialty
