Job Description
Overview Collaborate with the Head of Corporate Physical Security and other teams to further ensure that Esri's corporate campus and other entities have adequate security and employee safety programs to protect employees and company assets. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support and operations of the physical security program, develop policies, procedures, and standards, and manage their implementation throughout the corporate campus.
Responsibilities - Ensure that all security systems and devices (such as alarms, video, locks, and door hardware) are properly functional and request services as needed
- Provide guidance and recommendations around site-specific security concerns
- Oversee the day-to-day implementation of corporate security initiatives and security operations
- Create and provide corporate security training to staff on campus
- Assist in developing security policies and initiatives
- Conduct threat assessments for various types of internal and external threats, investigate workplace violence incidents and investigate other types of workplace incidents
- Build collaborative cross-functional partnerships with Human Resources, Employee Relations, Legal, Security Operations, Investigations, and other cross-functional partners
- Maintain Safety & Security related programs, including loss prevention, workplace violence, and promoting awareness in the organization
- Identify and inform management of compliance issues, safety risks, and improvement opportunities related to safety and loss prevention
Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in security and/or safety program management
- Experience managing employees with various skills and security disciplines
- Proven experience in the development, scalability, and efficiency of coordinated security and safety programs
- Expertise in physical security design, implementation, risk assessments, and mitigation
- Familiarity with conducting investigations of safety- and security-related incidents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in corporate security procedures
- Flexible and willing to participate in the work processes of an international organization, including conference calls scheduled to accommodate global time zones
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels
- Bachelor's in a related discipline such as business, security operations, information security, or other relevant disciplines
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25%
- US citizenship and ability and willingness to obtain a security clearance
Recommended Qualifications - Proficiency with standard office computer and web applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more)
- Results-oriented with ability to operate under stress in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under ambiguous circumstances
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$66,560-$106,080 USD
