Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our data integrity and ensuring that our databases are up-to-date and accurately reflect our operational needs. This position requires you to input, update, and verify data within various software applications. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and update data into the database accurately and efficiently.
• Verify data accuracy and correct any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain data files and documentation for operational purposes.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data for entry and reporting.
• Generate reports as requested, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the data.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and policy improvements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
• Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 50 WPM and high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors in data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with database management systems and software is advantageous.
