Position Overview: KODA Technologies is part of a team pursuing the Missile Defense Agency Information Management and Software Services (AIMSS) competitive effort, formerly known as the Missile Defense Data Center (MDDC) Program. The mission will be to design and implement a Missile Defense System with multiple layers of protection. If you are interested in this opportunity, we are accepting resumes at various experience levels and in several areas for work that will be performed in Huntsville and Colorado Springs.
What you'll be doing: Serves as data SME when designing, developing, or optimizing data-driven solutions and applications. Data mining; extending the organization's data with third-party sources of information when required; enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems; processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis; conducting ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner; creating automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance. Understand machine learning techniques and algorithms; experience with common data science toolkits, data visualization tools, proficient in using query languages such as SQL; applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.; scripting and programming skills.
