North State Dental Partners, located in Burlington, NC is searching for an experienced and detail oriented Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our growing Accounts Receivable (AR) team. Our company provides a variety of administrative and support services to dentists and their teams, across multiple locations throughout NC. Our Insurance Coordinators play a significant role in the success of all our teams and practices. Applicant should have substantial knowledge of how dental insurance works. At least two (2) years of experience in a dental setting, with dental insurance experience, preferred. Applicant must have a strong work ethic as well as an outgoing personality and positive attitude. Applicant must have great verbal and written communication skills. Our ideal candidate will work well with teammates, but also function very well individually. Current opening is a permanent, full-time position working 4 or 5 days (32 - 40 hours each week), depending on candidate’s availability. Position will be a hybrid arrangement of working days in-office, and other days remotely. At least 2 days/week of working in-office would be required. This position will be responsible for:
