About the Role
The Company is seeking an eCommerce Director to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, enhancing customer experience, and increasing brand visibility through strategic marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include owning the revenue and eCommerce budgets, improving the overall user experience, leading the development of onsite customer journeys, and managing all online activities related to traffic acquisition and conversion. The role also involves engaging with stakeholders to develop and execute an eCommerce strategy across multiple geographies, as well as leading the visual merchandising of the online store and driving customer retention tactics. Applicants for the eCommerce Director position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in CPG marketing and eCommerce, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A proven track record of successful marketing and eCommerce tactics that drive revenue growth is essential, as is a deep understanding of marketing analytics and branding. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build strong relationships. A focus on CRO methodology, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to use data to make informed decisions are also required. The role demands an individual who is independent, self-directed, and able to work with and lead a team of creative individuals.
