Corporate Team in
Plymouth, MN as an
eCommerce Specialist . The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's e-commerce platforms including product listing management, store traffic, conversion and reporting through company website, showroom website, and the J.H. Larson Mobile App. Regular responsibilities include monitoring the day-to day online activity and its overall performance to achieve goals, such as improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty.

Responsibilities - Conduct regular audits to improve marketing copy, marketing bullets, regulatory information, product images, videos and other assets.
- Assist in forming J.H. Larson's overall digital marketing strategy.
- Manage website signups and create website accounts for customers.
- Add and maintain other resource documents such as product install instructions, catalogs, product videos, SDS information.
- Refine search functionality by adding keywords and industry verbiage to products, boosting product searches and adding search refinements.
- Create applicable product variants on product pages, categorize unmatched products and maintain product images, identify and link substitute products, and add new "Featured" products to product categories.
- Create and manage delta exports between PIM's.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications Qualifications - Associate's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in eCommerce sales or marketing, preferably in the digital space.
- Product Data Management and data analytics experience.
- Experience using DAM or PIM Services.
- Understand the nuances of retail online shopping (product categorization, product families, product taxonomy, and product groupings).
- Ability to learn software and programs.
- Basic understanding of search engine optimization.
- Experience with exporting data from catalog management tools.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Product application experience a plus.
- Sales in wholesale distribution a plus.
