Position : ERP Technical Lead (Epicore)

Location : Dunwoody, GA : 3 days Hybrid

Duration : Permanent, Full time position

Salary: $130,000 - $145,000

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Technical understanding of Epicor Profit 21 or similar ERP systems, including architecture, configuration, and integration.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ER solutions, SaaS models, or hybrid deployments.
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle) and ERP-related data analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to operate as both a player and coach in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Knowledge of ERP modules across Sales, Operations, and Finance.
• Awareness of trends in ERP technology and best practices for system implementation and optimization.
• Experience in integrating ERP systems with other enterprise applications (e. g., CRM, HRIS, or BI tools).
• Proficiency in languages and tools like C#, .NET , or Epicor's proprietary tools (e.g., BAQ, BPM).

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
• 10+ years progressive responsibility in a technical leadership role, including managing employees locally and/or internationally.

Competencies:

• Staff Management: Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and lead geographically dispersed IT teams of at least five members, both local and remote, fostering collaboration, achieving performance objectives, and driving team growth through strategic workforce planning and effective leadership.
• Network Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with computer networks, wired and wireless, network administration, and network infrastructure installation.
• Security: Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and the ability to implement security measures to protect warehouse IT infrastructure.
• Project Management: Ability to manage IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Technical Leadership: Proven experience in leading technical teams, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and external partners effectively.
