Description: As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant at TMZ Events, you will be the friendly face that helps guide our clients and guests through their event experience. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service and support. 

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist customers with event information, ticket purchases, and registration processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless event experiences for clients.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to inform future improvements.
• Provide assistance with administrative tasks, such as data entry and processing requests.
• Stay informed about upcoming events and promotions to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive and friendly attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
• No prior experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
