We are seeking an Entry Level HR Assistant/Recruiter to join our team. As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent to our organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and wants to start their career in recruiting.
Our HR Assistant primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Follow up with candidates regarding their documents.
+ Verify candidate documents.
+ Field inbound calls to the Agency
+ Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
+ Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews with Applicants.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
+ Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
+ Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, team members.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
+ Customer service experience is a plus.
