Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C., an “AV”-rated firm in downtown Norfolk, Virginia, is seeking to add a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team! Attention to detail is a must to succeed as a part of our team!

Position duties include but are not limited to:

• Work with a team and individually to perform legal support tasks as directed by supervisory staff

• Collaborate with other staff members on projects

• Open files

• Run database searches

• Data entry

• Draft letters

• Review and enter data accurately into several database systems

Job Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task

• Superior attention to detail

• Strong critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

• Semi-independent work standard

• Team-oriented attitude

• Able to identify problems and independently problem solve

• Strong computer knowledge

• Comply with firm and client compliance and timeline requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus

• Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate excellent computer and organizational skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel

• Previous mortgage servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, real estate, or law firm experience is a plus, but not required

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
