Job Responsibilities:

As an Event Promotions Assistant, you will:

• Assist in the promotion and coordination of fundraising events and campaigns.
• Help develop and execute marketing strategies to attract event attendees and donors.
• Support the creation of promotional materials such as flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Assist in tracking event progress, monitoring attendance, and evaluating success metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, and volunteers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations and logistics.
• Provide administrative support as needed during event planning and execution.
