EVENTS/PUBLIC OUTREACH COORDINATOR

OVERVIEW: Just Eat Local, the brand behind Bittercreek Alehouse, Red Feather Lounge, Diablo & Sons and Progress Through Beer is seeking a creative and organized public outreach and event manager. Duties range from coordinating guest requests to use our facilities, creating fun events to promote our brands and good beer/food to socially impactful activities to support efforts that address community challenges we care about. Compensation:

$55K+Bonus + Health & PTO Benefits

To Apply:

Key Accountabilities: 

• Manage our annual event calendar helping us to prioritize and focus our efforts
• Plan and coordinate all details including marketing and logistics for special events we agree to take on for one of our brands
• Support our management team with requests for in-house use of our space, helping to streamline how requests are handled and how guest needs are met; including helping us to review CRM options and other tools that help our efforts
• Represent our brands in community events we have agreed to participate in, coordinating supporting communication and logistics we have committed to
• Lead weekly discussions with the management team about event plans, details and questions.
• Attend brand meetings to stay connected to brand management teams 
• Review sales performance data and goals and be capable of conversing with our management team at brand performance meetings 
• Conduct venue walk-through appointments for our locations as requested

• Experience working with non-profit sector

• Experience working on, leading or supporting successful event teams

• A driven leader who approaches things with a sense of urgency.
