Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Manager located in Kansas City, MO. The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the facility, ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations, and managing a team of maintenance staff. The position will involve coordinating with various vendors and contractors, managing budgets, and ensuring the efficient operation of all building systems. Experience with General Services Administration (GSA) contracts and regulations is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in Facilities Management, Maintenance, and Building Systems
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations, and compliance standards
• Skills in Budget Management, Vendor Coordination, and Project Management
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with GSA contracts and regulations is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) are a plus
