Are you a seasoned professional in the construction industry with an innate ability to lead, manage, and inspire teams? Do you have a knack for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Operations Manager: Construction to join our dynamic team. This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our construction operations, from estimating costs and conducting inspections to managing projects and leading day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

As our Field Operations Manager: Construction, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing and coordinating all activities related to construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
2. Estimating costs, preparing proposals, and conducting inspections to ensure all construction projects are feasible and profitable.
3. Managing the day-to-day operations of the service department, coordinating resources, schedules, and activities to achieve maximum efficiency.
4. Supervising job sites, ensuring all safety regulations and standards are adhered to, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
5. Leading project management efforts, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, and ensuring all project objectives are met.
6. Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Collaborating with the sales team to generate new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
8. Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the construction team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Field Operations Manager: Construction position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction/roofing industry, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
2. Proven experience in estimates, inspections, scopes, and proposals.
3. Extensive knowledge of construction project management, job site management, and operations management.
4. Experience as a Site Superintendent or Construction Manager is highly desirable.
5. Demonstrated ability in sales and business development within the construction industry.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
9. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
