Compensation: $98,000 - $108,000 Annual Salary
The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. About the Role: As a Field Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in attracting and acquiring top talent for our restaurant and operations management teams for your assigned store(s) within your region. You'll collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs, develop strong candidate pools through targeted sourcing strategies, and guide applicants through a smooth interview process. You will be the subject matter expert for your store(s) serving as the main recruiting point of contact to your hiring manager, candidates, and robust pipeline. You'll also stay on top of recruiting regulations, analyze data to optimize strategies, and contribute to an efficient and supportive recruiting environment. You will be a subject matter expert serving as an strategic talent advisor and partner to the greater recruiting team and your assigned store(s). You will proactively identify and implement opportunities for improvement, education, and training to maintain the overall health of the store(s) you support.
Responsibilities: Recruitment Analyze the requirements of a job, attract candidates by using sources such as databases and social media, and screen and select applicants. Actively source, attract, interview, and filter candidates for open positions at lower and middle levels.
Candidate Pipeline Maintain a database of potential candidates for management and professional roles using established talent attraction and engagement processes and tools. Always actively sourcing candidates to pull from so as to better anticipate hiring Needs.
Recruitment Campaigns Contribute to the creation of field-based recruitment campaigns; identify the characteristics of key candidate target groups; propose channel and media selections and messaging content; design events; draft communications content.
Screen Candidate Applications Carry out online research, interviews, and review career histories to validate applications for restaurant positions and to screen out those that do not meet key criteria.
Resolving Candidates Issues Respond to more advanced issue escalations promptly and appropriately; provide managerial approvals as required.
Individual Candidate Assessment Interview candidates and provide feedback into the selection process; follow a specified interview framework and/or administer work simulations; evaluate and score evidence against recruitment criteria.
Vacancy Profiling Liaise with hiring managers to review role profiles and to ensure that role responsibilities and candidate specifications are up-to-date and relevant; develop candidate briefings to attract high-quality candidates. Proactively identify upcoming hiring needs based on strong communication with hiring managers in the field.
Personal Capability Building Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

Job Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
- 4 - 6 years experience as a full life cycle recruiter or a combination of sourcing, acting as a field recruiter and or recruiting experience required
- Experience delegation of tasks to more junior colleagues is preferred
- Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and able to adapt to change
- Positive and Professional Attitude
