Job Description

We are looking for an entry-level Financial Analyst with 0-3 years of experience (recent graduates are welcome to apply) to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in corporate finance, particularly in the healthcare industry. An MBA is preferred but not required. This full-time role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. You will report directly to the Director of FP&A and be an essential part of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the FP&A Manager in key areas: financial reporting, operational reporting, and cash management/treasury.
Assist in preparing monthly, annual, and multi-year forecasts, budgets, and P&L statements for both overall and location-specific financials.
Analyze financial trends and variances, including monthly flux analysis and actual vs. plan reporting for P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flows.
Prepare materials for lenders and compliance certificates.
Conduct in-depth analysis on revenue cycle, payor trends, procedure rates, and volumes.
Serve as a subject matter expert for finance and planning systems, with a focus on the IT aspects of finance and data warehouses.

Qualifications:

0-3 years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong preference for healthcare experience.
A BA/BS in Finance or Accounting from an accredited institution is required; an MBA is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (including SumIFs, Vlookups, Power BI, and Power Pivots).
Experience working with large data sets and financial models.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Position Expectations:

This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, so you must have an appropriate home office setup.
The role is in a fast-paced environment, so quick learning and adaptability are essential.
