Sheldon Oil / H&S Energy Group is looking for a Class B Fuel Tank Wagon Driver. We are committed to supplying quality products at a competitive price with the absolute best service. At H&S Energy Group, we pride ourselves in providing consistency and excellence to all of our customers.

The Fuel Tank Wagon Driver provides professional delivery of fuels and oils to customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Driving Bobtail delivery truck with fuels and oil
• Independently works under general direction of manager
• Conduct pre and post trip truck inspections
• Safely and accurately fill tanks, operate pumps and valves for loading/unloading
• Complete, maintain and submit on-site customer delivery documents
• Provide excellent customer service

• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Stress resilient and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Critical thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and conclusions
• Ability to understand and interpret complex technical information to people who are not tech-savvy
• Ability to share information and knowledge with excellence in a compassionate training environment
• Use of hand tools such as hammers, pipe wrenches, crescent wrenches, and other various tools
• Ability to uphold DOT safety standards

Qualifications

• Valid Class B driver's license with Hazmat and Tank endorsement
• Valid Medical card

Hiring Minimum Requirements

• High school graduate, GED, or relevant work experience
• 21 years or older
• Two years driving experience
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of drug screen and background check

Physical Demands:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as walking, bending, twisting, lifting, climbing, crouching, pushing, and pulling.
• Driving up to 100% of the time
• Ability to lift 50-100lbs repetitively during work shift

Working Conditions:

• Exposed to weather conditions while working outside
• Inside office work utilizing computers and other equipment
