Salary Range: $20.22 - $26.40

Job Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will:

• Participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients.
• Document thorough medical histories and contribute to patient assessments.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
• Counsel patients and family members on prevention and treatment plans.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should:

• Have graduated from a nursing program leading to licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse; an Associate's degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Meet any additional education, training, or experience requirements specific to the position.
• Hold current licensure as a practical nurse in the state(s) of practice.
• Have completed a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience or possess a minimum of 400 hours of experience as an RN (or LPN) at another facility.
