Location: Bemidji, MN

Shift: 12 Hours - Varied Shifts

Job Schedule: Full Time

Weekly Hours: 36.00

Salary Range: $37.60 - $56.63

Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Registered Nurse at Sanford Health, you will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care through the nursing process, which includes:

• Assessment: Evaluating patient needs and conditions.
• Diagnosis: Identifying health issues.
• Outcomes/Planning: Developing care plans.
• Implementation: Delivering care and interventions.
• Evaluation: Monitoring patient progress.

You will collaborate with a team of inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to ensure comprehensive care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Patient assessment and education
• Triage and coordination of care
• Providing care across all phases of health maintenance and treatment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice is required.
• Additional education, training, or experience may be necessary for specific services or positions.
• Certification may be required depending on specialty or service area.
