As a Geek Squad Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for people seeking technology support, knowledge and solutions. We’ll provide the training and resources you need to ask the right questions, listen carefully, take detailed notes and partner with other agents as needed to help customers who visit our stores. Working together, we’ll create a supportive, positive environment for anyone who is facing tech challenges or wants to get more out of their devices. What you’ll do Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, asking follow-up questions, taking detailed notes and providing accurate time estimates for next steps Help set up and repair technology devices for customers Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents Basic qualifications 3 months of experience in working in retail or customer service Passion for technology and desire to solve problems Must be able to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends What’s in it for you We’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
