What you need:

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher from an ABET accredited university in Engineering
• Current registration as an Engineer Intern (EI), Engineer in Training (EIT), or licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) by any State, the District of Columbia, Guam, or Puerto Rico is required
• Proof of United States Citizenship
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance

The skills/experience we want to see:

• Developing scheduling requirements to establish project priorities and milestones
• Monitoring projects to ensure appropriate standards are maintained consistent with command guidelines
• Directing multi-discipline design team responsible for studies or design of projects from concept development through completion
• Analyzing program requirements to determine needed resources (e.g., supplies, manpower, funding)
• Ability to solve basic engineering problems by performing engineering calculations, analyzing data, or using engineering judgments on engineering-related tasks
• Experience compiling written reports to provide status, updates, or business information
• Experience collecting technical data of contractor work specifications to support professional engineering analysis
• Ability to confirm and scope work requirements and validate work completed
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplined team environment and across functional boundaries
