Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description

Candidate will be working in the warehouse and completing general labor and production duties. Responsibilities include placing bottles on the labeler machines, removing the finished product and placing it into boxes. You will work next to conveyors, handling the finished product for packaging, and performing general warehouse duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Essential Skills

• 1+ year of production experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with forklift operations.
• Reliable and punctual with good attendance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in bottling, packaging, and palletizing.
• Ability to work as a line worker.

Work Environment

The team consists of approximately 25-30 employees, including 8-10 office staff, salespeople, and operations personnel. The company has several drivers and warehouse staff, their own fleet of trucks, including 2 tractors, 2 tankers for wine & alcohol, a trailer, and a 28-foot straight truck. You will work in the production bottling and palletizing area. They are currently remodeling and constructing a new bonded warehouse to store more products. The shift is from 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Employees receive a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks at 10am and 2pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of COCKEYSVILLE, Maryland.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00
