GENERAL PRODUCTION WORKER UP $18/HR TO 24/HR START ASAP!!!

Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for order picking, replenishing, wrapping pallets, labeling, and loading trucks throughout the shift. You will be trained to use an internal ERP system and RF scanners to manage orders. This role requires entering order numbers into a scan gun based on a pick sheet provided by a supervisor. The job involves understanding basic math and performing heavy lifting, bending, and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receipt, transfers, and storage of incoming freight
• Pick and prepare shipments for the Building Materials Division
• Unload incoming freight, verify products against packing lists, and sort materials by end destination
• Use fork trucks and order picking equipment
• Load outbound transfer trucks
• Accurately pull customer orders and prepare materials for shipment
• Secure and label products for delivery
• Transfer picked orders to the staging area per the delivery schedule

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience
• 1+ year of forklift experience
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. and consistently lift 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work 50 hours a week
• Enthusiastic and motivated individual

Work Environment

This role is based in a brand-new building in Cottage Grove, MN. The facility does not have heating or air conditioning, so temperatures will vary with the seasons. The company prides itself on a safe working environment and provides new equipment for use!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $49920.00/yr.
