Organizational Overview The New Hampshire Fisher Cats are the Double-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays and member of Minor League Baseball. The organization is proud to be New Hampshire's only professional sports team, a community champion of the City of Manchester and State of New Hampshire, and producer of high-quality family friendly entertainment. The Fisher Cats are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and self-driven individual motived to make Delta Dental Stadium the most entertaining experience in the Eastern League and uphold its reputation as "Best Ballpark" as voted on by fans. The Graphic Design and Production Assistant is a seasonal position that will primarily focus on content creation, brand management, and in game presentation for the organization. Job Type Job Types: Part-time, Temporary. Season: Late March-Mid September Pay Rate: $15/hr Primary Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities for the Graphic Design and Production Assistant include but are not limited to: Promotional Creative Services: Assist management, and associated departments, with: Design of sales flyers & e-mail blasts Design of sponsored giveaway items such as posters, pennants, ect. Marketing & Creative Services Design graphics for website content. Design print, newspaper and magazine ads as required. Ability to edit video/motion graphic content and collaborate on creative concepts. Create graphics and animation for in-stadium digital boards. Sponsorship Mocks / Social Media graphics & videos. Game Day Responsibilities Assist in game presentation and production of all graphics. Incorporate 3D & motion graphics into game presentations for the Fisher Cats. Operate production room equipment during Fisher Cats game. Develop unique ideas for in-game entertainment. Additional Responsibilities: Assist with mascot and community appearance. Assist with general IT & equipment troubleshooting Work cooperatively with others to maximize all aspects of franchise operation. Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate must have experience and strong knowledge of static & motion graphics software in the Adobe Creative Suite with a strong focus on After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, and InDesign. Any additional experience with animation is considered a plus. Experience working in live event presentation is preferred. The desired candidate should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication and organizational skills. The ability to work as a team and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays in an outdoor environment is required.
