Job Description

Blue Recruitment Personnel are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 Drivers to work for a well-established company in Huntingdon.

The role involves driving Class 2 Vehicles to complete customer deliveries to various sites, private addresses, and new developments.

Duties:

Daily vehicle safety checks

Checking vehicle loads are secure

General Haulage and/or delivering chilled/refrigerated products

Mixture of RDC, Local Depots and Commercial deliveries

Carrying out deliveries in a professional and timely manner

Be flexible, comfortable working alone and confident with driving a variety of vehicles

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence (Category C) with no more than 6 points

Up-to-date CPC & Digital Tachograph Card

No major traffic offences - No DR, DD, TT99 or NI codes accepted

Compliance with legislation - Maintaining an accurate record of break times according to WTD regulations (drivers' hours, highway regulations)

Adhering to both agency's and client's regulations and procedures

Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday + Weekends

Start times vary

Weekend availability required
