Join a team of Classified Cybersecurity professionals in support of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics-Advanced Development Programs focused on High-Performance Computing (HPC).
In this role, you will:
- Act as a member of Subject Matter Experts focused on HPC-Cybersecurity operations to Information Systems Security Managers/Officers (ISSM/O) and Program Managers in overseeing day-to-day HPC Cybersecurity operations including hardware and software implementations for multiple program areas.
- Carry out your technical expertise in HPC portions of the Information Systems (IS) in accordance with internal LM and customer security requirements under the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Ensure compliance with contract security specifications, customer governing requirements and LM security policies.
- Perform weekly auditing of the HPC portions within the IS and continuous monitoring requirements to validate configuration and processes are in accordance with the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation, and assist in regulatory periodic risk assessments.
Other responsibilities include ensuring consistent implementation of compliant and cost effective security solutions, evaluating and articulating recommendations to management, and interfacing with program management on HPC Cybersecurity initiatives and activities. Consult on the design, development, integration, and analysis of HPC classified computing systems with the programs and ISSM/O. Assist with self-inspection reviews.

Basic Qualifications:
- Proven knowledge of Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG), Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM) and Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Experience with the NIST SP800-53 Security Controls.
- Experience with the continuous monitoring of system security controls.
- Knowledge of other security disciplines and how they impact and interact with information system security.
- Prior ISSE/ISSO/ISSM experience.
- Knowledge of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and configuration standards.
- Hands on experience with Linux operating systems.
- Experience executing Security Hardening on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and/or other Linux based operating systems founded on approved DISA STIGs and SRGs.
- Experience in designing, developing, and integrating classified computer systems and networks in compliance with government regulations.
- Experience with standard security and network environment tools and applications (Splunk, ePO, ACAS/Tenable, etc…).
- Ability to work independently without appreciable direction and able to build and maintain effective team and customer relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, demanding environment.
- Possess strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, organizational, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Team player – Effective at organizing and motivating a diverse set of individuals to act as “one” in the pursuit of common objectives.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.
- DoD 8570 approved baseline certification for IAM Level I or higher (i.e. CompTIA Security+, CAP, GSLC, etc.).
Desired Skills:
- Experience working with highly classified information systems.
- Prior High Performance Computing (HPC) experience.
- Previous experience supporting SAP / SCI environments.
- Relevant ISSO / ISSE experience within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
- Extensive experience with: Linux, HPCs, Nessus Security Center, McAfee EPO, etc…
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to established security policies.
- eMASS experience.
- Understanding of networking concepts and cybersecurity related tools to include, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), and vulnerability scanners.
- Possess DoD 8570 IAM Level II/III or IASAE Level I/II/III certification (i.e. CASP+ CE, CISSP (or associate), CSSLP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP or CCSP).
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
