Job Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team! In this dynamic role, you will manage essential office administrative duties and support our recruitment efforts. You'll coordinate internal interviews for hiring managers, source and screen candidates for hard-to-fill roles, and help ensure the smooth operation of our office.
salary: $22 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- 2-3 years' experience providing skilled customer service and clerical support, preferably in Human Resources or administration.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning and entering data into relevant systems.
- Organize and maintain office supplies, ensuring sufficient stock levels.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
- Assist in posting open positions on various job boards and platforms.
- Coordinate with the HR Specialist and hiring managers to schedule interviews and manage interviews.
- Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews and provide necessary information.
- Handle last-minute scheduling changes and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Assist in drafting and sending offer letters to successful candidates.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Proven experience in office administration and recruitment support.
