Job Description

Our legal client is looking for a full-time HR Assistant. This position is 100% onsite in San Diego, CA. This person will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR tasks. salary: $50,000 - $58,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

•Provide support in daily HR taks

•Maintain HR files and documentation for employee personnel records

•Approve timesheets on a weekly basis.

•Process payroll bi-weekly

• Assist with a variety of recruiting tasks.

•Assist with onboarding/offboarding.

•Coordinate employee gatherings.

•Other miscellaneous tasks as needed
