General Overview
The Inside Sales Manager at Benetech is a critical leadership role responsible for driving sales excellence, operational efficiency, customer service, and team development within the inside sales function. This role, based exclusively onsite at our corporate office in Montgomery, IL, requires a strong presence in the office to effectively lead the team, foster collaboration, and support daily operations. The position oversees the Inside Sales Representatives and Business Development Managers, providing strategic direction, performance management, and tactical support. The manager collaborates closely with the Sales Operations & Compliance Specialist and other cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales strategies and processes.
