About the Role
The Company is seeking a Co-Executive Director to join its 100% volunteer, remote organization. The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in the strategic and operational leadership of the organization, with a focus on ensuring programmatic excellence, rigorous evaluation, and the consistent quality of finance, administration, fundraising, and communications. This position requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week and demands a leader who can actively engage and energize board members, partner organizations, and funders. The Co-Executive Director will also be responsible for expanding and managing fundraising activities, with a target of $50K - $100K per year, and must be adept at cultivating relationships to support the organization's mission.
