Job Description 

We are seeking a seasoned Investor Relations professional with a strong background in the acquisition, operation, and sale of real estate within the financial sector. This role will be crucial in managing and enhancing relationships with investors, effectively communicating investment opportunities, and providing insights into real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of real estate operations and financial markets, combined with exceptional communication and relationship management skills. 

Key Responsibilities 

Investor Communication: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, addressing inquiries and providing timely and accurate information. 

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and updates on investment performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives. 

  • Organize and manage investor meetings, conferences, and events, including quarterly earnings calls and annual investor days. 

Investor Engagement: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing investors, providing exceptional service and support to enhance investor satisfaction and retention. 

  • Identify and engage with potential investors, presenting the company’s investment strategy, opportunities, and value proposition. 

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop targeted investor communication materials and campaigns. 

Reporting and Analysis: 

  • Prepare and analyze financial and performance reports, market research, and competitive analysis to provide insights and recommendations. 

  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to keep investors informed and support strategic decision-making. 

Strategy and Planning: 

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute investor relations strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. 

  • Contribute to the development of investor relations policies and procedures to ensure best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements. 

Market Knowledge: 

  • Stay updated on market developments, real estate trends, and economic factors that impact investment opportunities and performance. 

  • Provide strategic input on market positioning and investor messaging based on current market conditions and investor sentiment. 

Requirements and Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 

  • At least 5 years of experience in investor relations or a similar role within the real estate and financial sectors, with a focus on real estate acquisitions, operations, and sales. 

  • Proven track record in managing investor relationships, preparing investor presentations, and analyzing financial data. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a strategic mindset. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with investor relations software and CRM systems. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
