salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: - Support attorneys with daily operations and administrative tasks
- Prepare, proofread, and organize legal documents
- Manage case files, track deadlines, and coordinate communications
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Correspond with clients and handle other communications as needed
Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in corporate law or estate planning is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
- Organizational, communication, and time-management skills
